What Lyrafit provides
Lyrafit is a software platform where members can discover coaches, form a private coaching connection, exchange messages, use shared training programmes, and coordinate meetings. Coaches can publish a marketplace profile and use practice-management tools.
Lyrafit provides the platform. It does not employ coaches, supervise coaching sessions, or become the provider of a coach's services. A connection on Lyrafit does not by itself create an endorsement, agency, employment, partnership, or joint venture.
Independent coaches
Coaches create and deliver their own coaching, programmes, exercises, guidance, meetings, and communications. They set their own prices and service terms and are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and credential claims.
Unless Lyrafit expressly says otherwise, it does not verify a coach's identity, qualifications, professional registration, insurance, background, or suitability. Members should assess a coach and request suitable evidence before they engage or pay them.
Each coach is responsible for:
- working within their training, competence, and legal scope;
- using reasonable care and safe programme design;
- keeping profile and service information accurate;
- holding licences or insurance required for their work; and
- referring a member to a regulated professional when needed.
Health and safety
Lyrafit is not a medical or emergency service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, medical care, or emergency assistance.
Exercise and changes to activity can involve risk. Members should decide whether an activity is suitable for them, seek advice from a qualified health professional when appropriate, tell their coach about relevant limitations, use suitable equipment and technique, and stop if they feel unwell, unsafe, or in pain.
Coaches remain responsible for reasonable care in the services they independently provide. Nothing in these terms replaces a coach's professional duties or excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. For an emergency, contact the relevant local emergency service.
Payments between members and coaches
Lyrafit does not receive, hold, transfer, refund, or recover money paid between a member and a coach. It does not take a commission from those payments.
A coach and member make their own agreement about the service, price, currency, payment method, timing, cancellations, and refunds. The coach is responsible for lawful pricing, invoices or receipts, taxes, cancellation terms, refunds, payment disputes, and delivery of the coaching service.
Members should obtain the coach's written terms and confirm the payment recipient before sending money. Lyrafit cannot reverse or recover a direct payment. A user can still report suspected fraud or misleading marketplace information to Lyrafit, but this does not guarantee recovery.
Coach platform subscriptions
The only payment Lyrafit collects through the platform is a recurring coach platform subscription. This pays for access to eligible coach tools and marketplace participation. It is separate from every fee that a member pays a coach.
Stripe hosts checkout, payment-method management, invoices, and the customer portal. Lyrafit does not store full card details. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or promotion are shown before a coach subscribes.
A paid subscription renews until it is cancelled. A coach can manage cancellation through the available billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the purchase terms or applicable law require another result. Failed or overdue payment can limit paid coach capabilities after any stated grace period.
Refund rights and mandatory cancellation rights remain available where the law requires them. Cancelling a Lyrafit subscription does not cancel a coach's separate agreement with a member.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your account and devices, and use only information and resources that you are authorised to access. You must be legally able to accept these terms.
You must not:
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, or impersonate another person;
- upload unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing material;
- probe, scrape, bypass, or interfere with access controls;
- share another person's private or health information without authority;
- make false credential, price, outcome, or availability claims; or
- use Lyrafit to facilitate unsafe or illegal conduct.
Content and privacy
You keep ownership of original content that you submit. You give Lyrafit a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display, transmit, back up, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and enforce the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for all content you submit. Do not upload another person's image, voice, private information, or health information without authority.
Private messages and programmes are available to their permitted participants. An authorised administrator can access retained conversations for documented support, safety, security, legal, or moderation purposes. The Privacy Policy explains how Lyrafit handles personal data.
Ending access
Lyrafit can restrict content or account access when reasonably needed to protect users, investigate misuse, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the service. Account restrictions do not transfer a coach's service or payment responsibilities to Lyrafit.
Closing a coaching connection prevents new messages and can cancel future Lyrafit meetings, but it retains the relationship history. Cancelling a coach subscription does not delete the account.
Read Account and Data Deletion before requesting permanent deletion. Deletion does not cancel or resolve a separate payment, refund, tax, or dispute between a member and coach.
Liability and consumer rights
Lyrafit does not promise that a coach will be available, suitable, qualified, safe, or able to produce a particular result. Coach conduct and independently supplied coaching are separate from the Lyrafit software service.
Lyrafit remains responsible for the platform functions and duties that it actually undertakes. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
Changes, operator, and contact
Lyrafit can update these terms when the product, suppliers, or law changes. Material changes will be explained through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect where required.
Lyrafit is currently managed by its founding team. The existing public notices state that legal and platform operations are intended to transfer to Krevallo Ltd in the United Kingdom after incorporation. This page will be updated when that responsible legal entity changes.
